Nobuteru Ishihara
is a Japanese politician, who served as the Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party from 2010 to 2012. Previously, he also served in the House of Representatives as representative from 1990 to 2021. Early life and career Ishihara was born and raised in Greater Tokyo Area, the son of essay writer Noriko Ishihara and author and former Tokyo governor Shintaro Ishihara. Ishihara attended Keio Gijuku High School and graduated from the literature faculty of Keio University in 1981. After university, he worked as a political reporter for Nippon Television, covering the Finance and Foreign Ministries and the Prime Minister. is a Japanese racing driver and drifting (motorsport), drifting driver who currently competes in the Super GT racing series. Taniguchi is commonly nicknamed "NOB" (first three letters from his name, meaning "No One Better") or "The Pimp" as a reference to his S15 Silvia which he is best known for. is a Japanese manga artist, illustrator, animator and doujinshi artist. He has designed characters for manga, anime and video games, and has frequently collaborated with director Kazuki Akane, including on his most famous work, '' The Vision of Escaflowne''. After working at Artland and D.A.S.T. ( Ichirō Itano's animation studio, which he ran after becoming independent from Artland), he is currently working as a freelancer.
